Many people live with consistent and regular foot pain. Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia, tissue in the foot used during walking and foot movement.

Most Common Symptoms Include

  • Pain on the bottom of the foot near the heel
  • Pain with the first few steps after long periods of rest
